Merry X'mas 2008

Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell...... Christmas has come......

On 24 Dec 2008, BA team and PM team lead by our PR manager PCW, decided to have our X'mas celebration at Room 2C, Income Centre.

We have ordered Canadian Pizzas, chicken wings, wedges, etc....

After the celebration, PCW, TWB, AP and me went to Public House for drinks.... and in our second round.....

PCW: wa lao, i need to have buffet for dinner one lor, so big glass, how to finish leh!

Department Retreat

Last Wednesday, 17 Dec 2008, was my department retreat day, and we all went to Orchid Country Club for a whole day. What a nice day, no need to work, just eat eat and play games. So relax hor.....hopefully it happens everyday ! Dreaming......

Busy, Busy, Busy !

Nowadays seldom update my blog, think it's rotting. No la, just recently i'm really busy with work, my project is going live soon, but still got tonnes of things haven't settle, cham! 

I'm counting down already for 26 Nov, after that, i will meet Kelvin for lunch as I promised to meet him up. Give him one big aeroplane since 2 weeks back, dun angry with me ok, Kelvin !

Then hor, i wanna go Orchard Rd to take photo of the X'mas decor, it's kind of yearly event, cannot miss one.

OK, think i need to prepare my ToDo list for the days after 26 Nov 08 !

Birthday Season Equals Broke

Kanasai, how come October and November so many ppl's birthday, Sandra, Hui Leng, Pingpong and Ah Beng, celebrate until Money Not Enough leh.....

Dong dong dong, one two three, kuishin-bo....

ya, Oct 28, went to Kuishin-bo to celebrate Sandra and Hui Leng's birthday, yummy ! but long time never go for buffet, can't really eat alot, so wasted....

just look at the poster also know the food is delicious la, who wanna treat me, i dun mind going again one leh....

and i just kept eating until forgot to take photos, only took with the special dessert that we got 

fyi, the orange one is not too bad......

Nov 4, GI BA team bought our boss, pingpong, a bottle of expensive Kiehl's hand cream plus a very "BIG" cake from Starbucks as birthday present. She asked us not to throw her the birthday party bcoz she will feel uncomfortable with the birthday song and cake-cutting "ceremony" wor, very weird sia....

and then, Nov 5, we celebrated Ah Beng's birthday at Room 4B....

cake is compulsory item, *yawn*, the drawing is a bunny and not a kangaroo although i found that it looks like a kangaroo more than a bunny......BUNNY, reminded me about energizer and the slogan from its ads.....hahaha

打从首张专辑《乐行者》到上张的《西界》，一直都非常喜欢听林俊杰的歌。新专辑《陆》也没让歌迷的我失望。虽然在歌曲的风格上并无多大的惊喜，但却没影响歌曲的水准及可听度。

“爱与希望”是专辑里头最喜欢的歌曲，接着便是“我还想她”这首JJ所擅长的情歌。此外，“Always Online”，“小酒窝”，“期待你的爱”，“点一把火炬”，“黑武士”，“不潮不花钱” 也是值得推荐的好歌。

诚意之作，非听不可。

Don't Play Play, Me Black-Belted !!!

Last week, 30 of us sent by the company to Sofitel Palm Resort, JB, for a 2-days training. It's quite a nice resort.

What's the training about? Hohoho, we have committed to the trainer not to reveal anything to others, if not, everybody so well-prepared what will happen then no fun anymore. The only thing that can be revealed here is the karate-chop on the 1-inch board. It's painful !!!

Since cannot talk so much on the training, then just show some photos of that resort.

眼睛不能沒眼淚, 下次再见, 花不痛

古巨基最近推出了此张个人高清EP，《Guitar Fever》。何谓高清？也不是很了解啦，只知道是24K金碟，就可能是声音的清晰度颇高吧！

吉他乃是此EP内的歌曲主要乐器。里头收录了五首新歌，另外五首是作曲人guitar solo的演奏。

甫上架便卖到断市，而且首支派台歌曲是“下次再见”，也勇夺下了个大流行榜冠军的位置。不过个人却爱上了EP里的第二首歌“眼睛不能没眼泪”，朗朗上口的旋律，相信也很快将成为流行榜单的作品之一。

EP里头的五首歌曲，除了“啦啦”稍嫌有些粗糙之外，都是颇具可听性及流行度的。

很希望Leo可在短期内再推出个人大碟，以解解忠实歌迷们的馋ma！

Long Resting Holiday

Some of you may be wondered why i din post anything recently, this is bcoz.......

"Yay, i was having my 9 days break after 5 months of working hard !"

Since i have joined the new company, i've been working days n nites, non-stop, so i really need a long resting break.

What did i do for this 9 precious days? Below are the breakdown of what i've done:

1. Sleep (50%)

2. Revising my favourite comic -名侦探柯南 (20%)

3. Nap (10%)

4. Eat (10%)

5. Coffee with frens (5%)

6. Misc (5%)

Haha, amazing, most of the time i just sleep, sleep and sleep.....what a wonderful break.

OK la, at least i still have a chance to visit my fren's new house in Penang Island, nice condo with nice view.

After 9 days of nua-ing at home, now engine cannot start, damn lazy to work, sien !

House-Warming Trip to Punggol

This is my first time been to Punggol, thanks to Sharon's house-warming party. The house decor is really nice, the food is fantastic, and of course the attendees are great, kekeke !!!

The Two Judgement Days

On 9 and 10 September, my company sent 45 of us to the PEAKS training given by RCI. What is PEAKS, some of you may ask. PEAKS stands for :

P - Purpose

E - Energy

A - Affirmation

K - Knowledge

S - Sustainability

This is to analyze yourself in this 5 different area. So, all of us will be able to know each other better, and to adjust ourselves to work with various kind of ppl in the organization efficiently. Sounds like very chim, right? Basically, just to dig out all the hidden things deep inside ur heart and show to the whole world, hee !

Before we went for this training, we were asked to complete a set of 270 killing questionaires, the purpose is for them to get the individual profile based on the answers that we gave.

Below was the score that i've got from the test:

very low in energy, maybe due to my laziness, :-p, gosh, i'm introvert

Some how, i need affirmation when i've done something, it's better to be rewarded some money $$$$

Knowledge-wise, i'll integrate in between visionary and structured, quite flexi

cham, i cannot handle stress, so boss, dun give me so much work to do, ok

Now, i know myself more after the training, and before it ended, i made a commitment to be "More Vocal". But, nobody acknowledge it, so sad !!!
